Adrienne and Brett booked their engagement photo session in Detroit Institute of Arts because they wanted the clean, elegant and chic look of the white marble stairs! I had them pose in every corner and took photos at mannnny different angles to really show off how beautifully simple this location can be. This architecture really makes my couples pop in every single photo and I can’t get enough!
Any spot in Downtown Detroit is truly a beautiful but I am such a sucker for the DIA!
After we took all our photos at the DIA, Adrienne and Brett made a VERY quick pit stop at home to pickup their sweet puppy, Lily. They changed into some casual outfits and we took some family photos at a park near their home in Warren, MI. I LOVED the casual vibes of this part of our session, a simple walk in the park with their puppy but with such a romantic vibe!
After we left the park we drove to a parking garage in Royal Oak just as the sun was setting. We took a few more portraits and then we popped some champagne and cheered to Adrienne and Brett’s engagement!
